Someone leaving Niji to go indie feels like liberation, but when a Holo does it, it still feels like grief. Says something about both

there are 2 types of indies that's somehow connected to hololive: the "honorary" holomems, and the ex-holomems.. Mint is the former

Hmm. I wonder if a certain DEO essentially collaborating with an indie vTuber can grease the wheel a bit. I know they are sisters, but still... if you can do that, and they allow Talk to the Devil with Mousey, would they ever consider a stealth reunion Collab as a one off. Like a delinquent doing a room review with CHARD (Chaos, Hope, a Rock and Death), or a jerboa saying hi on a birthday zatsu for Ina. Not to say "this will happen often", but "hey, they still exist and they are fine", like wrestlers doing cameo spots on a PPV after their contracts are up.

Actually, at the start of her career, Mint try to audition for HololiveEN Gen 1, but she wasn't chosen. At that time, however, she was still inexperienced and just starting out, so it is normal that Hololive wanted to rely on more experienced talents in the sectors. Naw man it's unlikely. At least of EN5 drops this year. It's pretty much a thing that if you did business with holo I. Their projects you are likely won't be able to get in.

I highly doubt she will ever work for a corporation again.

Honestly, while I'd love to see her in collabs with them, her power level seems to be a lot higher as an indie.

As much as I love Hololive talents, I think Mint should remain indie and be free to do what she wants.
