A good idea I read recently for painting clear shells is to paint the inside of the shell silver & paint the outside whatever colour you want. That way any scratches the shell gets makes it look like it's gone to bare metal. Extra masking but I'm going to try it for my next project. Happy Christmas to you, Lucre & the crazy one!

Just looking for ideas and found this vid...got an M03 chassis and just ordered a Mini Pickup similar in design/shape to this. Already got a standard Mini shell. This deffinitely looks out of the ordinary 👍
This is awesome I want one of each. I had a custom super charged 6speed mini I had built for auto cross ground up.. It was so nice when I was finished that I couldn’t bare too ruin it at the track. So it was out in car shows for a good while before letting loose of it..it was a serious go kart on steroids fast as get out 💪🏼👍🏼

You should definitely try out the Mardave or Kamtec Minis. They're a real hoot to drive, and pretty much indestructible.
