Freedom Fighters: Quick Speedrun tutorial

This is just a quick run through of the route, tips and tricks, main skips and version differences of the speedrun for the multi-platform game, Freedom Fighters.
The route is based off my PB and the world record time held by UrQuan at the time of making.

@watertemplefiend Knows his stuff when it comes to speedrunning . He is top 200 in golden eye and top 2 in Freedom fighters.

Yeah its deffo the hardest part of the run. Mentally it sucks as you could be on all green and gold then just die at the last hurdle. Lost so many WR runs to the last bit. Cant wait to see you on there!

I am playing on the Steam Version myself, which I don't think is as detrimental to that category.

i have been learning how to speedrun this game but in the against all categories, the last record was like something around 5 hrs which is kinda ridiculus it can surely be under 1 hr and 30 mins, but most of these skips arent really helpful as you usually end up dying in that difficulty, i have found some routes which are successfull everytime and take less time but its about the rng haha, anyways the video was kinda great, learned a lot about speedrunning this game. Merci.

How do you get sound in cutscenes on win 10?
Have you capped the fps to 60? This may be causing the issues. Or it's not in windowed mode?
@@wtfparts thanks for replying quick, im running it on fullscreen, does switching to window enable fps adjust?
@GoIdLeopard so you will need to download a fps capper. Riva statistics tuner is one I use but there are others!
@@wtfparts i just download riva tune stats, capped the fps at 60 and even tried lower than that still no luck, my issue is i dont get dialogue sounds during cutscenes nor Chris' commands during the gameplay, ive been looking around the internet but i couldnt find a solution

You probably need to lock your fps to 60. Use a software to lock it to 60 :)
