OMG love love love another Xacuti recipe and close to the version I have.. I have to use lobster or any other large shell fish as I've now in my older years have a slight reaction to crab, I stop breathing which is not good, which is a pain as I adore crab. Anyway Fatima just love and maybe one day you might see me cooking on the beach when this dreadful situation goes away. Anyway have a great New Year.
