Run a Faster 5k By Doing The Little Things (The Sub 16 Attempt Ep. 13)

Want to run a faster 5k? Me too. I'm trying my very hardest lately to incorporate some new stuff (the little things) into my daily routine. I've found that my new regiments help me so much so I wanted to share. I have heard all these things countless times in my running career, and now ... I finally see why. They work. I feel so good these days and that is largely due to my new eating habits, sleep schedule, and stretching routine. Woo!!
