A quick vid on how to fix it. a quicc edit, if it still displays the same thing, make sure you restart your pc since that worked for me, otherwise, it should be fixed.

Man thank you for this, can't believe this is still an issue after all this time. I have to redo this every few days, on a brand new headset. What a travesty, will definitely recommend people away from Logitech because of this.
worked when i deleted my setting then it came back when i replaced the new settings with the old ones i know u said it may take a while , but I couldn't wait deleted the settings and rearranged my keys , I don't have many macros , so the method works %100 thanks
