    I so agree with you. I always felt haircare was selfcare even I didn't know how to take care of it when I started my healthy hair care journey. I feel it's moment for me to care of me without interruption. It's not a shore. Thanks for sharing your favorite pick. I agree the lavish deep conditionner is good hair treatment. Since it's difficult for me to easily by them on the ground (Canada otherwise I have to buy from online stores) one that I go back to is the Shea moisture Manuka honey and mafura oil intensive conditonners

    I agree; hair care is self care. It’s no different than having a face routine or a foot care routine. I find it relaxing, but it can be work.
