Hey Natalie. I’m so happy you did this video. I LOVE your results. I used mine on its own, like you and it came out beautiful. I had mentioned to you before that I was going to try the mousse on its own and with their leave-in. So, the leave-in experiment is coming soon. I experienced the same thing with the drying time. Surprisingly, it took just as long to dry as my regular wash and go’s. I’m clueless as to why, because my mousse wash and go’s dry really fast🤷🏻♀️. Let me tell you though, I get the most compliments on my hair when using Pattern Beauty products. I do know that Pattern is a hit or miss product line, for many. For me, it’s a HUGE hit. It works so damn well for me, that it still shocks me to see people complaining about her line. It has hands down, become my #1 hair product line. If I wanted to, I could just dump all of my other hair products in the trash and be happy only using Pattern Beauty products. You look great, Natalie🥰🌺.
Thank you! I feel the same way about pattern products, I always love my results! I'm not sure about the dry time either, it was weird. But still great results so can't complain too much!
@@camillewiggins I have low porosity hair, so my drying time is longer than high porosity individuals. I never liked working on damp hair, it has to be wet, wet. I’m still a lover of Pattern👍.
Your results were beautiful as usual! I love foams and mousses too but I've never tried them alone for wash n go. I usually use them as a topper or for twist outs. This pattern mousse seems promising. Might have to try it when I need another!
Love the review! I recently got the mousse and so far, I love it. I was impressed with how moisturized my hair felt on day 2. Mousse can be drying in my 3b/3c hair. I did a one and done, but maybe I’ll try it with the leave in underneath next time.
Thanks for watching! I didn't find this mousse to be drying in my hair but I did use the leave in underneath so that may help. I can definitely see how using it alone could be drying.
My hair feels dry sometimes after using Mousse Def. I use a lot of water with MD. I tried Pattern mousse ok into u pop and I noticed the elongation right away. Dried quickly under the hooded dryer. The results are fluffy and shiny. I like my Mousse Def set better. Pattern is giving me Let Your Soul Glo. It is giving day one volume. I’ma stick beside her, but bae Mousse Def will forever be my staple.
I love your results. It's coming in Canada by the end of August in Sephora. I've been surprised by Patter styling product. I did purchase the travel styling cream and the strong hold gel to try. I had a amazing wash n go
My first wash with PB was magical. I'm definitely going to be declutter my stash to just one product. I love your hair. This is another product from the line to try. LOL
I was waiting for this video! Your hair looks good and please do film a twist out video. How would you compare it to The Doux? Have you tried the Mizani mousse? I do plan on picking up a travel size of the Pattern mousse. And the Pattern leave-in is a holy grail for me. It plays well with other products. It hold allows me to use less gel.
In my humble opinion, Pattern’s Mousse runs circles around The Doux. The Doux left my 3b curls frizz-free and defined, but extremely limp. Pattern’s Mousse left my curls defined, shiny, full of body and just so beautiful. The consistency is on point and it just glides through your hair. The scent is like all of her other products, but more faint. It’s just as faint as the shampoo. I applied a little more on day 5 and went about my day. I really do recommend it.
Thanks! I will definitely do a twistout video because I loved my results! I actually haven't tried the doux mousse but this one is definitely one of the best I've tried. I didn't even know mizani had a mousse. I haven't tried much from them
@@NaturallyNatalie Mizani line is called True Textures. They were one of the first in salon brands to make products geared towards natural hair....Im talking 2010. The salon I go to still uses the Perfect Coil Oil Curl Gel and the Styling Foam Wrap (mousse).
@@NaturallyNatalie I thought you had tried The Doux mousse on your video reviewing the Wash & Go collection. But now they have the Honey Setting Foam (mousse). Another one to add to my the Black Friday list. I can't wait that long to try the Pattern though...picking up asap. 😂
I may have mentioned that I have it but haven't tried it. I do have it but it's been sitting on my shelf lol. I did see the honey one and I'm intrigued about it too!
Thanks for your comment... but actually in the natural/curly hair world density is used to refer to the amount of individual hairs per square inch on your head (or scalp). The more you know... 😁
As a wash and go it only lasted about 2 days but then I turned it into a twistout just by rewetting with water and adding just a tiny amount of the mousse and that twistout lasted 7 days so I would say it definitely lasts longer for a twistout/braidout
Thanks for sharing your experience with our Curl Mousse ✨
Excited for this review!
Thank you so much for sharing your videos with us. ❤❤❤ I just purchased the pattern mousse and received it yesterday 😊 I am excited to try it.
Thank you for watching! Come back and let me know what you though of it when you try it! 😊
I’m getting that curl mousse. I just cut my hair again and it’s short! Mousse is really good for definition

The pattern website. I have the link in my description box
