You are very strong for sharing and keep going I am proud of you and I bet your sister is proud of you aswell keep being strong and keep the goals going and remember to keep a positive mind set and don't let the negative in and over the past year or two I have watched your videos I feel like I have made a friend even tho we don't know each other I just want you to know I care about you and I hope you find your inner peace and when ever the inner voice happens just remind yourself that there are people who care about you

I can only imagine how hard it is to open up about your sister. As for learning to be able to show your emotions, it is really hard. Men, as you said, are taught to never open up and show emotions cause emotions are said to be weakness. Add you can do is work on it. It is SUPER hard to unlearn all the stuff men have have been thought by friends, family, and society.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us all.
    Much love!
