I love the Icehouse original of this song, and I love this versiob equally as well - it is different, it has more focused energy. Yes, it is Karlu Karlu (nicknamed the "Devil's Marbles") located 400km North of Alice Springs in Australia's Northern Territory. They cover an area of about 10 sq kms but only a small part of that is accessible to the public.
