“Whoever doesn’t make takfeer of the kuffar..” Understand it Right

The misuse of this phrase can spiral out of control and cause major fitna and many have either used it incorrectly or thought that Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahab (and salafis/wahabis) did takfeer of anyone who didn’t agree with him in his takfeer.
