😲…just did some math, and this car is averaging 60moh for at least 7hrs 6mins 5 days a week. I was wondering if this mileage was even possible but amazingly it is. 😲
@AutoLyfe , I also noticed that your oil was not black it was actually good. I guess your engine is in a very good shape and the constant oil changes is actually cleaning/flushing out engine contaminants. Great job. I also flush my honda crv mk4 & S2000 engines with oil.
@@Michaellrhodes Thanks for replying, I know there are those out there who say the 0w16 is too thin for proper protection, so your results are super interesting! One tip that I think will save you a lot of grief -- I'd recommend you install a Fumoto valve oil drain plug in your oil pan with as many oil changes as you do. I've been using them on every car I've owned since the mid 1980s and I've never had a single problem or leak from them. They're a perfectly engineered little part, and will save you the bother of dealing with the oil pan drain plug every oil change. Just use the included gasket and torque to spec. Just my 2 cents, thanks for your auto care posts, as it's valuable info to see what works on a car getting such high mileage (also interesting that you are using the orange Fram oil filter sometimes and it does fine). Take care.
What is the average mpg you are getting? Do you have any noticeable battery degradation? Did you have to do any repairs? Thank you for sharing this! There are a lot of corolla owners that will be very interested in your experience.
I almost hate commenting, but I would drain filter 1st if pan isn't wide enough so u can drain thoroughly. It was still running & not dripping. I admit, I'm anal when it comes to changing my oil. Saying this, u STILL are doing a super job. That oil looked good ( better than most with lesser mileage). I wonder how Amsoil ppl/users feel? 🤔🙄 U PROVE how good/routine oil changes WORK. Isn't that a pain how we cant read our dipsticks? Toyota needs to come up with better dipsticks.✊️👍🖖🇺🇸
Parts replaced : Front wheel bearings, spark plugs, struts, shocks. All normal with the mileage. The owner delivers to laboratories and hospitals.
That’s incredible. It just speaks to the Toyota’s quality.
God bless the owner 🙏
Averaging 52mpg is impressive if he does highway driving. Also running approximately 8-10k miles a month is also impressive
More videos coming soon on the 2020 Corolla hybrid
Sheeesh! And I thought me doing oil changes every 2 months was a lot of miles on my wife’s Pontiac Vibe🤯😂
Get yourself some starting fluid to clean the oil off the bottom,it draws grime. I have a 2021,good video.
Lol
Impressive mileage
He is definitely a driver 👌

Wow 446k mi! That’s impressive! Nice to spend a few more bucks on the STP filter too! I stay away from them OCOD’s!😂
Amsoil signature series 25,000 miles or 1 year hope this helps
The oil looks very good when drain. I do not think it was necessary to replace it, the color seems to be clear. good job!
Last oil change was at 6800 miles.

Have you always used 0w16 in it or any other grades? What brand or brands? Impressive!
I used 0w20 two times when I couldn’t find 0w16. I used Valvoline and mobile 1.

New York city to Virginia deliveries
Most likely medical courrier.
If it isn’t shown on CarFax, I am not buying it.
How do you like driving without the plastic splash guard?
Very carefully

The battery appears to be running, almost like New.
Car was used for New York to Virginia deliveries.
Five days a week
The dash always says between 49 and 52 miles per gallon
But I would say in real world high 40s
How's this possible? almost half a million miles in 4 years? Doing what?
New York city to Virginia deliveries
Never seen someone use a drain pan like that lmao
Have you ever changed oil in the transmission?
ruclips.net/video/A62kAQfu8Dc/видео.html
I assume that this was a plug in hybrid and the owner did a lot of battery only driving?
Not a plug-in hybrid and a lot of driving absolutely.

Front brake pads replaced twice rear never replace will be doing rear soon
Does it burn oil
There’s a little oil on the spark plugs occasionally probably valve guide seals valve cover gasket, nothing significant.
Changes at every 5k or 10k?
Normally between 5000 and 10,000 cars used for highway miles over long distance
Average oil change mile is about 7000
What do you do with the spilled oil on the ground?
Brake kleen and paper towels
What brand of oil is used?
Valvoline full synthetic
@@Michaellrhodesis that valvoline always or do you switch up?
He must go though tires every six mont
Has he had any problems?
