I watched every ep of the Chart Show on ITV and don't remember this, so it baffled me, but then saw the other comments below. Cracking job!
And it also makes me long for the days of the Chart Show, as it was back then.

It's definitely 100% Mock. First - The space ship would appear in the exclusive video, flying away. This did not happen in this video. Second - The ITV Chart Show never allowed promotion videos or anything for rival channels such as the BBC. Third - According to the discogs website, the BBC never released a single for Take 2 - Auto. Nonetheless, whoever did this video, has made a brilliant job in the mocks, especially with the info boxes, which looked almost identical !!

This was recorded on a VHS Tape because if you look very carefully at the clip quality, it matches the VHS rather than the video.
