I'm not even old enough to receive my PPL yet but I am already setting my sight on flying for Hawaiian Airlines. Maybe even fly the 787 for them sometime in the future!
This is exactly how I feel right now!
I've flown on a dozen HA flights just in the last four years. The flight and cabin crews really set this airline apart from the others.
I love Hawaii with all my heart! I lived there for 1 year 💗 the best! . I had to come back to mainland for 3 months and I got a terrible bike accident and I couldn’t work as a handyman anymore so I went almost bankrupt Because of it and I had to leave the island and everything I had there 😭💔… then I became a private jeweler, and now I’m about to start my classes to become an Airline Pilot because I love flying and now my goal it’s to be a Hawaiian Airline pilot! And will do it !.

I’m hoping to fly with you and I’ll get to be the co-pilot or captain of your Boeing 717 before it retires. I’m going to Embry-Riddle to get my degree and hopefully one day I’ll be piloting your inter island and Boeing 787 one day.

this video just repeated the same story . I dont hear any of these pilots talk about the hiring process, background of earning those flight hours, salary, promotion, destination. Why am i expected to leave a good airline job for hawaian airlines. Ya i wanna live there but is it really for me or for beginner pilot?
