If you would like to read a written version of this review you can find it here: gametyrant.com/news/logitech-g903-whero-sensor-review-one-of-the-best-gaming-mice-has-gotten-even-better The Logitech G903 Lightspeed mouse with Hero sensor, or G903 Hero as I will be referring to it, is the latest mouse from Logitech. The G903 Hero builds upon its impressive predecessor and adds in the in house Logitech sensor Hero. Thanks to the Hero Sensor the G903 Hero has an increased DPI and insanely better battery life than the original G903. I have been using the G903 Hero for a month now and have absolutely loved the performance and battery life. The G903 Hero is an impressive piece of tech and is the best mouse I have personally ever used! This does unfortunately come at the high price of $150 dollars, but for anyone looking for great performance battery and durability, you can't beat the G903 Hero! Just ordered one of these today to go along with the Logitech g915 keyboard I ordered yesterday. Thought I’d better check out some reviews on it to see how good it is LOL. Solid review! Nice touch having your kids help test its “kid proofing” Thanks!
Not many people test the durability of these things so I have always made it a point to beat things up and make sure they can take it. They always have fun when they can help on a project! The G915 is nice hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!
Best review on the mouse. The only missing thing is a brief tutorial to fix the "double-clicking" issue by turning off the off/on switch on its bottom, then taking off the weight piece from the bottom, and last clicking on the profile button on the bottom a couple of times for few seconds, then putting back the weight piece, turning back on the mouse, waiting few seconds and the "double-clicking" issue is gone (this procedure discharge electrical static from the switches of the mice which makes it behave unproperly)
I just got this mouse now, the only thing I wish to be change is the edges on the bottom part. I have a thin Pinky and it tends to clip it when moving right.
My other g903 without hero got broken (the side button) and i used the warranty to grt new one. The store didnt have more regular version so they gave me g903 hero. Battery life improvements are insane. 32 hours > 180 hours!
Might upgrade to this from my regular G903 which I have owned for 2 years. Have lost the bottom right mouse button and the DPI switchers (which I use for volume control) are really sticky and I'm not sure if its possible to clean them. I really cant complain about the mouse apart from the battery life, so this upgrade might mean I have the perfect peripheral.
Finally, a good reviewer. Comments: the efforts in visuals is noted but some focus on removing distractions would be good. That said I find some other channels too sterile and the randomness of some elements here made it interesting to the eye. (Background patterns, jerky but personal B-roll)
Heya, I’m looking for a decent left handed mouse that I can not only game with but do productivity stuff with e.g. 3D modelling, unreal stuff and using office. I looked at the g pro and this creeped up, but there’s a particular question I want answering. Is the middle mouse button clickable or is that functionality non existent in this mouse? By the way, I’m mid through video so sorry if the video answers the question. Guess I could have two questions in one which is if the middle is clickable and if it’s good for productivity stuff as mentioned above. Cheers in advance.

I just got mine and found that the scroll wheel wobbles and makes a clicking noise as I move the mouse left/right as if it's loose. Not very impressed.

Hi, I saw a lot of comments that the previous version g903 have click button issue. How is the new g903? And I would like to ask the surface is hard plastic or soft touch?
Hello Archades, quick question: Does your scroll wheel "click"? I just changed from my G903 to this G903 with hero sensor, first thing that I noticed that is different is that the scroll wheel doesn't click!!! It feels like stuck! I can perform the wheel click action but the physical feedback is not there at all. Checked some forums and people has the same problem, I just want to know if you have it too and its a change done from the old 903 to the hero one or are all the hero ones scroll wheel faulty, ty!
@@ArchadesGames aww too bad.. I was thinking on buying between the g pro wireless and g903 hero, and the usb receiver storage is one of my point of interest. Anyway, is it worth it buying this now, compared to the g pro wireless? Thanks in advance
It is really good! The price is pretty high but definitely worth it imo. But it has reduced the price of the previous G903 to half off which I think is a great deal for many!
Another question, will the old LGS app recognize this mouse? I don't really like the G-Hub. I still use the Logitech Gaming Software for my 5 years old G900.
I haven't gotten a doubleclick on mine yet, but I also haven't been using it daily anymore since I got the G604. It also only works with GHUB unfortunately.
@@ArchadesGames ahh, I see.... Too bad then.... I was thinking of replacing my G900 with this G903 Hero as mine's battery has started to fail on me on its 5th year of use as my main portable mouse to be paired with my laptop. While leaving my G900 to my PC at home, probably retiring its wireless function, acting as a regular wired mouse. The battery level reading has started get drunk, one time it says that it has 19 hours left, a couple of hours later it suddenly says 7, but a moment later it went up again into 15 hours left while I haven't charged it yet 😅 I don't really like the G-Hub when I tried it back then. LGS gives off miles better user experience for me with little to none errors, bugs nor glitches ever happened to both of my PC and laptop. I mainly use my G900 with productivity use such as graphics design or audio editing projects as its 11 programmable buttons really helps me save time. Only under 30% of my time that I would use it to game on something, in the recent years I've only used it to play Cities Skylines since 2019. By the way, how's the G-Hub now? I've heard that it recently received an update, did they finally fix G-Hub's main problems like being stuck on loading screen, and having our button settings profile suddenly vanished out of the blue instead of being saved to the device? I'm still hesitant on trying it though.
I really like this mouse! But... I am too scared that it's going to be too heavy. I dont want a mouse higher than 90 grams 🤔 Could you please tell me the exact weight of the mouse? ♥️
Hard to give a definitive opinion since I haven't used a Pro myself. That being said, I have used 3 mice with the Hero sensor now and haven't been able to tell the difference between the three. So the 903 and Pro should handle the same in that regard. The 903 has extra buttons that can be customized compared the Pro if you like to program more keys to the mouse. I have heard that the Pro has better switches but again not something I have compared personally. Both go for around the same price and can both take advantage of the powerplay recharge pad. Honestly I think either one is a fine choice for a high-end mouse.
There is a better software than Ghub, i wouldn't recommend using the one showed in this video. If u go to the main logitech website it will provide you with their first party software.

@@ArchadesGamesHello. Thanks a lot for your reply. I just finished watching your video. You see, I'm left handed and this pretty much the only wireless mouse I can use. It broke 3 times in less than a year so I've ordered some good quality switches from Japan and a kit of sliders. I went to see my friend who does electronic welding and he replaced them and put the new slide pads. Few months later the right click started to act weird. It doesn't react when I click on it. I need to blow on the switch. It was not the hero version. Maybe the switches on this one is better. BTW I totally agree with you when you say that the texture of this mouse is too slippery. Thanks again for this review.
@@ArchadesGames Thank man. I just ordered it. $201 CAD for a mouse lol. I'm fed up to blow on the right click's switch every 2 minutes. The G903is the only mouse I can use. Before this one I was using a Razor Ouroboros just cuz it was ambidextrous and wireless. It was the same price than the G903 Hero. The feeling of the click was excellent. The precision was fine, the ergonomy was pretty good, the battery charge was horrible. Few hours only. The switches were not very good. The left click started to malfunction after less than one year.
Archades Games No. All u did was praise the product and company the entire video. It had literally no flaws according to you. At the beginning I basically said that Logitech can do no wrong.

It should turn itself off automatically after 5-20 minutes. You can check the settings in GHUB.
4000 DPI? wow!
People do it!
U literally just read off ur written review word by word, or did that after this video word for word.
Lol that's the whole point of doing a written version 🤣
Archades Games Not really
Then I guess you can do things your way and I'll continue to do mine my way.
I got this mouse for 100$
Nice!
The best mouse ever? Are you kidding? The switches are the cheapest ever made! The left click on mine broke after 3 months. Logitech sent me 2 others.. Both broke after 3 months. That mouse is crap!
Still haven't had an issue with mine so I can only comment on my experience with it.
It's unfortunate that it has caused you so many issues I hate that quality can be so drastically different between 2 of the same items.
Biggest sellout on YT?
Because I liked something 😂 sure I'm a sellout then.
Archades Games No. All u did was praise the product and company the entire video. It had literally no flaws according to you. At the beginning I basically said that Logitech can do no wrong.
I reported how the product treated me so yup I liked it.
