Let it be, Let it be, Let it be speaking words of not enough wisdom Let it be!……..😡🤬 not one thought for a billion years that I would have to check an electric ducted fan to see if it was lit up before I flew it! That was a harsh lesson to learn. I was zoned out on a 96oz MtDew totally focused and the launch. Till death I will check every time to make sure BOTH FANS ARE LIT UP before flight! Please do this if you are flying any twin electric ducted fan aircraft so it won’t happen to you! Blue Skies!🏁✌🏻👍🏻
Forgot to add…. We ran BOTH FANS all day and everything worked fine about 6 or 7 times. Then on the launch only one lit up. Anyone have this happen to them??? I can’t be the first am I? Mr Murphy is NOT my friend!🤣✌🏻🏁
Hindsight in the milliseconds something leaves the ground or in this case, the hands, live and learn, but at least it was very minimal and she will be airborne soon👊🏼
Heavy plus starving for air. I always put cheater holes in my foam EDFs. Even the FMS and Freewings starve for air. The intakes are never enough. You gain MPH and static thrust.
Sad part is, it has way more than enough power with twin 90’s, but when one didnt work during maiden as it was supposed to, we’ll we know what that means, but she’s ready to remaiden now, stay tuned…..👊🏼
