Thankyou for a very useful presentation. May I suggest adding a reference list at the end or hyperlinks to references (eg Ross and Naylor 2017) so viewers can read further.
Thank you for the feedback, great to know it helps. We are not allowed to put hyperlinks to references on slides or a reference list as they take you off RUclips and they can ban you. You can only put links to affiliate marketing. I'm allowed to put references on the slides with no links, so you can see Ross and Naylor (2017) full reference on the last couple of slides. Hello Carole, This was an Educative video! Thank you. Could you please tell me the role of an unregistered healthcare worker (healthcare assistant) in quality assurance and promoting positive experience for individuals accessing care?
I mean an examples of thier working practice
@@SamjayOkotie-Eboh I would say any care examples as our healthcare assistants should adhere to national safety and quality standards. For example, manual handling procedures when using patient hoists and lifting aid, adhering to handwashing national quality standards and infections control policies. I hope that helps.

What is the difference between QA and Coordinator?
QA is process for assuring stds in healthcare in the UK. We have Coordinators in the UK, but in nursing it is a role that varies according to the speciality or do you mean coordination?
