I've been bingewatching all of your videos and the content of your channel is fucking superb. I don't know the reason why you don't have more subs. Keep up the great work! 👍🏽
I had no idea only 18,000 NSX's were sold. I thought it would be much more, it is such an icon. There's a guy around my way that has a black NSX with the flip up headlights. It is incredibly low to the ground. Very cool!
jdmnsxr 6 But hidden headlamps reduce aerodynamics and eventually become obsolete by 2004. Many car owners have get rid of stock pop ups to custom fixed headlights
I like both. Little people know that Acura won their class in what was GT2 in 1994. And Micheal Shank and Mr Meyer race the NSX in the IMSA Weathertech series and she is outstanding. And nearly won the championship last year. And just missed it by 2 points
I enjoyed the video very much! Personally, I prefer the 1st gen NSX because you can get it with a manual transmission and a targa top. Can you do a history video about the Miata please?
1st gen NSX body still looks better than 2nd gen. Only if 1st gen had all the power and technology of the second gen the car would be above and beyond the 2nd gen
I like this new NSX. In spite of how different it is to the previous generation, the driving technology it offers for the $150k range is simply sensational. Some would even call it a "poor man's hyper car". Also, it's gorgeous!
Yes, appearance wise it is nice and offers hypercar technology. Performance wise for it's technology, it's not very capable. At the price range compared to it's non-hybrid competition, it's not worth it. Everyone has their own opinion, but I try to be objective about things.
Fair enough. In a way, I'm sort of trying to support something that gets downplayed into a substandard status I don't believe it deserves. Indeed, its mechanically simpler competitors outperform it, but I still think that it's way cooler than *_all_* of them. If I had to go for an older NSX though, it would be the 2005 version with overall better performance than the '91 and good looking projector headlights. That seems to be a safe bet to go with if I was so keen on avoiding old car hipsters that believe the very original was the "only good one", and everything after it was worse than a gangrenous axe wound.
Yeps. I don't want to offend anyone, but in my opinion it's a FAIL. How can you make something with hybrid technology and can't even make it perform better than a gasoline powered 2013 Nissan GTR? Given time, I'm sure hybrid technology will become more lightweight & compact and become a major part of performance vehicles, but until that day comes, it just adds weight, complications and $$$.
Just as they called their hybrid CRZ, instead of CRX, this should have been called NSZ and never NSX. It's an insult to the original, also because it's US and not JDM production.
I cant even watch what they did to the second gen.. I dnt know what that thing is but I refuse to say its a NSX.. Its a horrific example of design for a car.
The first generation NSX may not be the most powerful supercar but it is one of the greatest, a proper driver's car.
That's what people reference to with the 1st generation NSX.
Leon Otonglo yeah mid engine is 💩

Thanks man!
On a second thought, NA1 Acura NSX's my favorite JDM car of my life.
+Wesley C 😁
This car is so fucking nostalgic. I remember this car in gran turismo. I also remember seeing an owner of a truckstop in indiana with a black nsx.

It's an icon, but if you compare it to other ones, then it's not really that great....also the price/performance is where it fails.
1st gen all the way!
george boyd yes.. But the facelift one
fakk you na chill. The pop up headlights looks sexy as fuck.

Yeong VinSheng I like that I forgot about that. I was a kid then
I've ways respected the NSX platform, cool little cars. I love the concept of the type "R" version...looks sweet.
Jdm god guidelines💯🙌🙌. So much knowledge broken down
+Sean Kaine 😁

The Acura NSX is my Dream Car!

Gerald Jean Louis Good choice! I can add the Miata to the backlog.
Cool! I appreciate that. Can't wait to see the video!
great vid! how about the history of the rx7 next? or the wrx
Nick Royce +1 on the rx7
Nick Royce It's in my backlog. I'm working on a few other ones at the moment before I get to it.
GT Content best RUclipsr ever!
Nick Royce Thanks! lol
as much as i admire the new technology of the new nsx, no super/sportscar should weight that much
Tiago Bernardo Yes, that's true.
GT-R Specialist it's Bugatti Chiron
Like before even watching!
Pre-2002 Generation 1 is the best, hands down...
1st gen NSX body still looks better than 2nd gen. Only if 1st gen had all the power and technology of the second gen the car would be above and beyond the 2nd gen
I like both gens

I prefer the NA1.
I have always liked the 2nd gen NSX
Hope they have a type R for this
20th!
1st generation hands down
also it was the main car in Pulp Fiction (1994)
the new nsx is not affordable lol
is the latest version using aluminium body?
kokfai yap I believe a bit of everything this time around.
2ND gen it's so beautiful to look at on the driveway of my garage.... Just sitting there😀
Third!
All generation except for the last one with the crappy auto paddle shifter wanna be manual. Sorry but I prefer my cars with 3 pedals and a shift lever
We're this s2000 prototypes at 5:19 v10!?
Correct
Xavier Rivera not correct GT Content. They were NSX prototypes using modified S2000 chassis.
Meanwhile, dealerships are basically giving away the new generation NSX since nobody wants one.

Wait they are giving them away i tell them I want one
I used to work at a BMW Pre Owned dealership. There was the new 2017 NSX nobody bought it yet.
Jim V the rich do
SPicy rEns 😂 hey give Honda a chance..
Mid engine is weak too... You might as well call it cc instead of HP
I hate it.
First
the second gen is a joke, no one will buy it for $250k no matter how good the first one is, its a complete different market
😂 I agree.

I believe the 2nd generation flopped so bad that the value on the first ones skyrocketed
An Asian named Gary.... something seems fishy....
Ruben Santana you're rude long time
Did you say affordable? Lol
second lol
Honda rebadge Ferrari .. go to garbage Honda nsx
