The worst thing that people do is remove bolts and nuts and through them in a bucket and when it comes time to reassemble don`t know what is what, so I always tell my apprentices to either put the items in a bag and label them eg: left front guard, tail shaft. Or refit the bolts / nuts back onto the piece removed. this make it a lot easier to reassemble, also there are also different length bolts to contend with, so notice what you take out.
