Christopher Freeman dude I hated that show as a kid. It would come on after one of my favorite shows that I can’t even remember now that I’m older. would always watch it waiting for kung fu n never seen any fighting. I’d rather watch mighty Morphin Power Rangers
My most fav series ever! Glad Warner Bros released the DVD of season 1. Wish they release the DVDs of the rest of the seasons too.Had a huge crush on Peter Caine/ Chris Potter. Still do x
1. The original series was wonderful, it's promise of greatness was obvious from start. (QCC walked into a bar, ordered water for his tea, humiliated a bully who threatened/attacked him, & then walked out as though he couldn't care less about the cowed bully.) Amazingly, the show definitely lived up to its potential. 2. Unfortunately, i didn't get to see all the episodes of the sequel series, but it certainly seemed to show sincere respect for the original series & was enjoyable.
*David Carradine role as Kwai Chang Caine (Born: December 8, 1936 - Died: June 3, 2009)* ◾ Kung Fu - October 14, 1972 - April 26, 1975 ◾ Kung Fu: The Movie - February 1, 1986 ◾ Kung Fu: The Next Generation - June 19, 1987 ◾ Kung Fu: The Legend Continues - January 27, 1993 - January 1, 1997 *Olivia Liang role as Nicky Shen (Born: May 11, 1993)* ◾ Kung Fu - April 7, 2021 - present
In Kung Fu: The Movie, which took place in the mid-1880's, the original Kwai Chang Caine discovered that he had a teenage son. But in one of the 3rd season episodes of the spin-off of the original Kung Fu series, which took place at the turn of the 20th Century, the original Kwai Chang married an American woman, and she had his son, who wasn't born in China, but had married after he grew up and had a son named Kwai Chang. It hadn't been told what happened to the illegitimate son the first Kwai Chang Caine had and where he went.
In 1992, the series was sold to television stations as a first-run syndicated series, alongside Time Trax. The series was originally sold as Kung Fu: The Next Generation.
Any idea when season 3 will be out? There was a few years in between the german release of s1 and the US s2 release. But only a year between S1 and S2 here in the US.
panther196321 No, but ironically, Rick Springfield played a similar character on the TV series The Incredible Hulk, as a young martial artist whose master was played by Mako, and who was a friend of David Banner and had been helping David to control his Hulk alter ego.
I always thought the Kung Fu TV series from the 1990's was offensive to Chinese people, but the American people did not want to listen to me. I have said this for many years. The late Actor: David Carradine is NOT Chinese or of Asian Descent.
I own entire series. Real shame never released. On. Blue ray . there where several episodes. Not shown. Because Of 9-11.nyc. David C. Nice guy met him. Once. Rip.
Bring this series to streaming!

Some nice person was good enough to put all four seasons out on a torrent that is 28 gb. It's copyrighted material so of course I won't download😊
I loved this show so much growing up.

Make this streamable (?) somewhere, please! I loved this show, grew up on it
Very underrated show. And Peter Caine is such a great character, I even learned the trick he does when he holsters the gun.
7 years have past now, so are you still doing the trick?
@@itzvincentx3 No, he was gunned down after doing the trick in public.
@@zanfear Where do you see that information?
