I'm in Tampa in Hillsborough county and we were nervous but we toughed it out. By the Grace of God, power stayed on and no damages. My heart breaks for those who lost their lives and homes during Hurricane Ian' I don't know how you can be by that waters edge knowing they're 2 gators near by. Don't you ever get nervous that one could be tracking your freshly caught fish during the release? Hope everyone is ok and you didn't have any losses or damages to your property. At least I don't know if it's better than nothing you're in the moderate category according to what I'm seeing in Pennsylvania on the map. I like in Crystal River and just got my power back on about 3 hours ago. It went out last night before I got to watch your video. We didn't get like massive damage in Crystal River, but our power got knocked out for around 19 hours. I feel for those that took the direct hit, It caused major damage to those counties. Keep them all in your prayers.

I used to winter down there in Florida, from a long season of logging in southeastern Alaska. With a fellow logger every once in a while. I got married and moved to her home state, so Scott went to Florida on his own. We were watching the progression of a hurricane arriving there from the Atlantic, and it looked pretty bad on the news. Scott called me, and he was camping on the beach down in the Keys, and calmly said, "it's a little windy".😂 Sometimes news sensationalizes serious weather. If it snows one inch here in western Washington, you'd think armageddon was starting.
That’s a great fish and I was so glad to see how you handled it when you thought he had lost it, after all it’s just a fish. Best bass I ever caught was 7lb 9oz and I was in high cotton. I have lost a few that I believe to have been bigger but I guess I will never know. That’s why we keep fishing.
