This looks so yummy 😋, Also I have a question, what do you do with the left over cake scraps from cutting the cake to the right shape, do you eat them or throw them away or make them into something?
Suggestion - instead of telling us how many eggs (or egg yolks/whites) in grams to put in a dish - tell us the actual amount - 1 egg, 2 eggs... 1 egg yolk, 2 egg yolks... It's much more clearer like that, because no one will measure eggs to the last gram (or in this case, exactly 46 grams of egg yolks and 92 grams of egg whites). And it would be nice to write in english the name of a dish, so we know what we're making if we decide to do it. All in all, great video and great dessert.
Measuring the eggs is better though, even if it comes with a bit extra work. Because eggs come in different sizes and the yolk is never the same size and if you want the cake to turn out like the one in the video it’s better to use the exact amount
I love any recipe that is in grams. It's the only way to get consistency. Some of my eggs from supermarkets are 55gr and some are 65 gr. Some have huge yolks compared to others. Once I got an egg with 2 yolks! Lol...

You can use them to make trifles for example, using some of the left over creams and adding strawberries, should be very good!
