It should cool down when you’re beating it. You can put something cold underneath while beating it. Do not put your butter in when the eggs are still warm because it will melt the butter

Hello, I have a few questions I'd like to ask you. I would like to know.... your unsalted butter is white or light yellow. In my country....I cant' find white butter except vegetable fat shortening. Thank you for helping me clear :)
It depends on the brand of butter. I've used the cheapest to mid price range in butter (I refuse to use European. It's just far too expensive for the amount you get) and I've found the mid range price point butter comes out pretty white. There is something you can do to get that yellow out. Just add a little bit of purple food coloring. Go in with the slightest amount then add more if needed. I've never had to do this (even when using the cheapest butter) but I do have a jar of purple coloring on standby just in case, lol. Hope this helps. Happy baking...
