    This video is the reason why I'm buying the BulletPoint mounting system for my Tacoma. Thank you!

      Nice! It's a great system. We've had them on 3 different vehicles and it's solid.

    Top form video - the info on pulling the bezel was valuable and I was in the clear after that.

      It's a pretty straightforward install on the Tacoma

    Why wouldn't you just take the bracket off then use that to mark the holes? Seems easier to work with. Is it because you are using the logo to line it up on the trim piece?

    • @AZOverland2017
      @AZOverland2017  Год назад +1

      Great question. Yes, you can certainly do it that way as well. And yes, the logo does help center it, but it's not 100% necessary to keep the pieces together

      Correct, that was my idea too and it worked like a charm. Use the bottom part as the template if you just tape it down onto the bezel.

    How's it hold up does the phone wabble around

      No wobble at all in the Tacoma or 4Runner. We love this mount. Easy on and off and adjustability. It's the Diablo D3

    Nice video. But not rated for off-road? That’s a deal breaker.

    • @AZOverland2017

      What's not rated for off-road? I can tell you I have the exact setup in my 4Runner and me and the Tacoma have been on dozens of challenging trails and have not had any issues with any of the mounts

      @@AZOverland2017 you said in the video it’s not rated for off-road.

      @@lovablepersona5000 The magnet phone mount (Diablo D3) says on the website it was not rated for off road use. But I have tested it for over a year and it is great for every day and off road

      LOL. My brother. He was driving cross country with my dad a few years ago and put a peel on my father's brand new dashboard on the trip. My father told me the story when they got back home and it's been a "thing" ever since😁
