Trying this as I’m going into a 90 day review that’s been pushed back so many months! I know my boss isn’t the happiest and she hasn’t liked me from the start. This video helped me get in the ZONE and reduced my anxiety going into this meeting. I know my impact and am confident in my work, what will be will be regardless so I don’t need to feel stressed about it. Breath of fire, smile and superwoman pose!!!

I don't understand the breath of fire bit. Looks like hyperventilating rather than calming down the adrenalin by slow breathing?
This technique is empowering and uplifting, the goal is not to calm yourself down but to instead light yourself up with life energy.
This is nothing new. Its just your positive body language will bring positive mental attitude.
Im sorry but if you get caught doing this before an interview there is exactly a 0% chance of getting the job.
