One thing that surprises me about Brinkly on their travel trailers. For a 'premium' product. They're not using a molded one-piece front cap like you see on the other high end level travel trailers.
I really like the way you show everything. So many of these videos just skip over a lot. I can really see and get a feel for the place. Thank you
Brinkley is a game changer.
I personally would sacrifice the counter top with the sink to put the pantry there and for a washer dryer set up. Also the bunks are very tight, space too small not enough storage especially for full time living. And I would have the tv across from the recliner and a dinette table set. I do love the color combo and style, very beautiful!
tv/couch position an instant deal breaker for me. but for anyone just using this thing for camping may not matter
With all the comments on the TV position, it will be interesting to see if they change it for 2025.

Love the floor plan...I wish instead of bunks, they would a 12 foot garage for couples and hauling a motorcycle

They should switch the placement of the tv/fireplace for the pantry. It would be quite impressive if the bottom bunk flipped up and ebikes could be stored inside if needed. I loved the baker’s island and the placement of the kitchen sink.
With how well Brinkleys are designed, why would they position the TV in such an awkward viewing position from the recliners?
I’m going look at this for my next TT, I have a heartland 301BH now and is is very close to this layout, but this is so much nicer.
I would definitely consider buying a brinkley since your first review of one while back.

oh Miles You got dirty finger prints on that nice white island contertop! LOL! This is obviously a well built high end type trailer. I just don't like the layout. You basically have a row of seating and none are facing the TV, and I get that the TV swivels but you still have to sit with your head turned to the left. This is geared towards a family but there is very little space for the family to hangout together if the weather is bad or they want to play a game at night. If they weren't going to make that island a breakfast bar they should have put the sink in the island. It would have helped the work flow of the kitchen.

You do a lot of research on these units. I’m impressed you know all of the features. This is a Travel Trailer instead of a 5th wheel.

It's a cute travel trailer but too small for me. Could You sometime do a walk -thru review of any Gulf Stream Products? I live in an older Model of a Gulf Stream Motor Home and it's pretty nice. But it needs alot of storage in the inside
Needs a full size medicine cabinet not just mirror. Needs a closet slide in bedroom since bathroom has to share storage in bedroom.
I loved the "Bougie" comment. Not a fan of the colors but I love the set up.
They should have used the bottom bunk for more storage and the island is just wasted space... for me. It's look like a toy hauler set-up
I really do like this, thanks once again for a great presentation! But I don’t like about it is you can’t watch the TV without breaking your neck to turn it that’s a no no for me. Storage should be above every tip out. You can’t have enough! Also, the blinds have those little holes in which lets light and so they’re to me useless.
Have you ever reviewed a ATC 2513 bumper pull trailer?

LOL, no power to demo the fireplace, but look at all the great LED lighting.

I almost loved this so much but the living room layout irritated me lol. I was hoping maybe the tv pulled out/swiveled to be extended to facing more in front of recliners bc it makes no sense having the recliners facing the pantry & the tv slightly angled. (*This is for full time living thinking)

Having the entertainment center in the back and to the side of the seating is the worst thing that they could've done. I wouldn't want it for that main reason. The blinds also is a turn off

The angled tv might not be a deal killer but it sure isn’t preferable.

As a specialist in small space design and having lived FT in an RV with kids... I think I need to aim my design skills towards RV's because Brinkley comes SO CLOSE to perfection but misses the mark on functionality.
What is the square footage on this one?

@@jt6969jt they specialize in off road Travel Trailers. They get pricey but they use state of the art equipment and technology and construction for off road and off grid camping in harsh conditions . I think Miles would love one himself
Automatic deal breaker with TV position
Hate the TV placement with the seating. Horrible. Nice other than that
Just don't like where the tv is! I like the straight view, not having to turn my head to watch!
I like this,but I don’t like where the TV is placed. It should be right across from the recliners so they need to move the pantry and put the fireplace right across from the recliners.
And then I don’t like the bunk room. I’d rather have a garage like a toy hauler and a patio. Then in the bathroom, why don’t they put a stain in the steel sink faucet is fine and why do they put a cheap medicine cabinet when everything else is like high-quality?

Myles, I like Brinkley fifth wheels. This travel trailer is nice but it's not for me
Just can’t handle the couch being right in front of the kitchen island. Who wants to sit and stare at that. But like the rest
TV at 90 degree to the couches with a giant island blocking your view when you sit down on the couch too. I just cannot see the logic here.
I don’t like the kitchen or couches or the bunk beds. Just my opinion.
Still, couches facing the kitchen?! Who designs the Brinkley? Disappointed.
