To hire you the company has to justify why they prefer you over german students and even if you get in you need to know german to get hire. How true are these statements according to your experience
You said bank loan.. meaning do they charge tuition fee? If yes, how much? And what is a Ranking University, I don't think JNTUH issues any certificate like that. We get a CMM, Provisional and the final certificate.

Both are good courses, also it depends on where you want to specialize , in which specific field after your masters, TUM MIM is a nice program, so I would recommend you this course also, and with GMAT 608 he can apply for this course
