Hi Sophia, what size is the Chicken? I only ask as I wish to try this recipe but my chicken is fairly large weighing at almost 2kg. Thanks Kim

Hi Dorothy - yes you absolutely could. If you have a Meat thermometer perhaps use that to check the cooking time as I suggest it will be shorter steaming time. Hope this helps :)
