Hey @saiwingyau6414 - the Thermomix will default to 4mins but I usually only do about 2mins. Stop it and check the potatoes and if needs be, let it go for a little longer. Hope this helps

I noticed you said you used reverse on the onions for both times. Is that why they turned out mushy both times
