There is no drinking age in Denmark unless it's at a bar or some other location that sells alchohol. There is no law forbidding 10 year olds drinking at home.
One thing that happened since they made the video is that Queen Margrethe stepped down so we now have King Frederik X on the throne and Queen Mary by his side. And the "new" crown prince is Christian who just turned 18 last year.
It's not quite true that a "Danish" is not Danish, because even if the croissant like recipe came from the imported Austrian bakers, you will not be able to find the actual Danish pastries we know today in Austria, because they were all developed in Denmark. So a foreign "Danish" is nothing like what you will get in Denmark.
Ok still not a Dane but GeographyNow's Denmark video is probably one of the better/best English language "Things to know about Denmark" -type videos - and they include out dependencies. Plus they'll have something for the other ScandiNordic countries that's worth watching

I mean in fairness it's better than having to listen to most Danes with the typical Danglish accent, speaking as a fellow Dane, I die a little inside hearing the accent most of us have in English. And I'm from Djursland ffs lol can't imagine how bad it sounds to those who deal with English on a daily basis..
