Get some Trent!!! Ever since my long term relationship was destroyed 5 months ago I have been in monk mode as well. It's 100% me for now whether it's my body and working out or my career and levelling up. And it will pay off exponentially and it's exciting to see and track that progress as we move along. I'm currently in edtech but I'm trying to branch out into enterprise sales that's my 2022 career goal, my body is a half ironman in December, first sprint triathlon coming up in February, it's great to have a plan and a path. Warrior monk style. Oorah!
I’m 42 and it’s been a few years I’ve been working on what I haven’t been during my 20s and 30s. Jeep up the good work, your success may transform into a great family when you are in your 30s.
Great video. As long as you are doing mindful rest , you will not get burnt out and be fine. You are restricting your activities and thoughts to what matters most for you and your goals. Excited for you and your development and hope to learn a lot from you in this channel.
If someone’s goals over an extended period are purely about their career they are leading a 2d life. No person on their deathbed ever looked back over their lives and said ‘I wish I’d worked more’. People do regret not having enough good times either family, their friends, and building lasting personal relationships.
Great mindset to make progress! You could maybe still meet friends for dinner and have like max. 1 beer, and be fit the next days to work a lot anyways? Also what helped me with dating: Set up dates on tinder, use always the same first message (like a cold email) Schedule 2hrs per week after work and before dinner for a quick first date, always at the same location next to you. Only at very good personal chemistry, schedule a second date on the weekend This way I had like 90 dates over 2 years. I doesn't sound romantic, but this way I actually met my wife. Because the dates are so much the same (same venue, same conversations), it is extremely easy to tell if there is good mutual chemistry and interest even after just a couple of minutes. Win win for both sides. To sum up: you can also streamline your social life and manage it like an efficient and optimized sales process
Hey man, good on you. I like it. But I don't want my life to boil down to a process. I like some spontaneity. To each their own though, as long as there is a balance.
True that! I just did that on certain occasions in my life when I felt stuck, and really needed to make progress. As you said, else your life becomes too robotic kind of :D
Great video Trent! I’m definitely going into Monk Mode now that’s I’m starting as an SDR! I know I can attain 6 figures this year if focus on myself, working out, and figuring out how to get ahead quickly as a new SDR. I’m on this journey with you! Good luck have a great weekend.
This sounds like me when I was your age. If I could go back I would be put just slightly more time relationships, or at least the important ones. Or putting more energy into find a like minded tribe, so you don’t have to feel lonely
Great video! I'm an SDR, trying to get that next step as an AE. I need to do a better job of putting myself out there and being comfortable with attention on me
Hey dude, just wanted to say your videos helped me land an amazing Fortune 500 SDR role with amazing earning potential. Your videos introduced me to this career and it fits my strong suits while including the technological aspect. Thanks a lot bro!
@@deleteaplaya well I graduated in a IT related degree but have experience in sales like jobs. I went super hard on LinkedIn and basically reached out near and far went through interviews and got two offers! Just work on your online presence and connect with people in the field!
Opportunities don't happen. You create them
I respect you. Elevation requires isolation.
Started monk mode from Hamza Ahmed a year ago, and made my first couple of paychecks from my blog, never the same.
That’s powerful man. Respect
