    As a child I had level 5 attention all the time, as high school started, thee curriculum demanded my attention without breaks all day long, in 11th and 12th, we were required to focus for 12 hours in school, I didn't realize it, but at the end of it all, I was so burnt out that it took me psychological therapy to get better.
    Have to get back on track to reach level 5 soon!
    Thanks Han, have a great day!

    I tend to start strong, focusing intently on the task at hand, like riding the crest of a wave. However, as time passes, my concentration begins to wane, and I find myself getting lost in distractions.
    But then, I manage to refocus and get back on track. It's as if my mind is fighting to stay awake, like sleepy eyes struggling to stay open. Despite the mental fatigue, I push through, and my focus becomes sharper once again.

    GPT:
    1. **Responsive Attention**: The ability to respond to stimuli without sustained focus.
    - **Example**: You hear the fire alarm during class and immediately turn toward the sound. In a class, this could be quickly noticing when the teacher calls your name unexpectedly.
    2. **Sustained Attention**: Maintaining focus over time, even during monotony or repetition.
    - **Example**: While evacuating during a fire drill, you continuously monitor the path and follow instructions. In class, it’s staying focused on a lecture, even when the topic is repetitive or lengthy.
    3. **Selective Attention**: Filtering important information amidst distractions.
    - **Example**: While being chased by a bear, you focus only on the path ahead, ignoring distractions like rabbits nearby. In class, you listen carefully to identify key points in the teacher’s lecture, ignoring filler words or side jokes.
    .4. **Task-Switching Attention**: Quickly shifting focus between tasks, requiring cognitive flexibility.
    - **Example**: While running from a bear, you notice a branch in your path and shift attention to jump over it without losing sight of the bear. In class, this happens when you switch between solving math problems and answering a sudden question from the teacher.
    5. **Divided Attention**: Multitasking by simultaneously processing multiple streams of information.
    - **Example**: While escaping the bear, you call for help and continue running, managing both tasks at once. In class, you listen to the teacher, summarize key points mentally, and write them down simultaneously, especially when the teacher doesn’t pause for note-taking.
    .**Conclusion**: Higher levels of attention (3-5) are more demanding. To optimize focus, minimize distractions and work primarily at sustained attention (level 2) for prolonged tasks. Transition to higher levels only when necessary. l

    i want to say something if any body studied thermo, you probably see a topic called ENTROPY, and if you don't know you can u can use this through very depth of it, actually for overview it means{ Entropy is a measure of disorder, randomness, or the number of possible arrangements in a system. In simple terms, it quantifies how "spread out" energy is in a system and how much of that energy is unavailable to do work.} so technically u always gain entropy in continues way , and the randomness is increase by the time also so ,I've some fascinating thing to share actually u cant can not stop entropy properly , but you can delay it because of randomness and ganing wntropy cause different , and unpredictable outcomes but if u can maintain the flow the entropy in such way so u can actually develop a way to manipulate ur chosen outcomes , SO IF YOU FIND SOME WAYS TO CANTROL IT AND DELAYED THE ENTROPY TIME REDUCE THE RANDOMNESS SO YOUR ATTENTION , BRAIN SKILLS , PROBLEM SOLVING SKILL, EVERY THING WOULD DEVELOP AT 2X SPEED , and this is all my research but it not defined yet .
    THANKS YOU IF YOU READ MY COMMENT
    WISH YOU WELL

      I kind of understand what you're saying but how did u relate entropy to focus? I didn't get it

    • @blacktamanous911
      @blacktamanous911 2 месяца назад

      @laya1077_ so.. it's little complicated I can't explain it the whole explanation in the comments section, but if you're reaallyy intrested so so little work try to find the dots and connect them , best ways is study in library

    • @blacktamanous911
      @blacktamanous911 2 месяца назад

      @laya1077_ also entropy is related to everything life to death , black hole to a little seed, everything

    if you keep getting stuck at a similar type of mistake or problem how do you recommend to learn not doing that? (like for me i notice i always get stuck at the same parts in my homework like there is a specific kind of problem i just always struggle with. what are your tips to avoid getting stuck on the same kinda thing over and over - it's more like it is at the same place i get stuck not on a specific topic)
