This wasn’t a “show”. It was a surprise performance for invited people.

Really enjoy your channel. I'm going to see The Warning in October in Pomona, CA (800 cap)
I believe the Mexico City next year is 20,000 SOLD OUT. They mentioned this on Alliso H. Show

Look for Automatic Sun at the Jimmy Kimmel Show. Good clear close ups, great sound. During Ale’s moment Dany added ‘hmmm’ out of nowhere. My son and I went “OMG!” We both had goosebumps!

Loved that you mentioned the Mr. Roboto tour - that was my very first real rock concert experience in high school - I and a good friend of mine collected money from our classmates and we waited at Ticketmaster starting the night before and bought out two whole rows of seats at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans (there were lots of pissed off people behind us!). The Saenger is a beautiful, ornate historic venue in the city in operation since the 1920's, and seats about 2600. It has been everything from a movie house to an opera house. It would be a great next step in venue choice if/when TW ever get back down this way! They played at the smaller House of Blues in 2023 (before I knew who they were) - I think that was sold out too.

Somehow I think even after they're huge and playing stadiums they will still play at some small favorite venues just because they love the close personal contact with their fans.⚡⚡⚡🤟🤟🤟❤❤❤

I agree 100% that's why I've been upset there is no Texas dates this year. I wanted to see them one more time at a small venue. Everyone keeps saying don't worry they will be in TX next year but I know it'll be a different kinda show by then.

5th time playing at the Whiskey, not to shabby huh? liver stage is where they thrive. Stage presence, musicality, crowd interaction, charisma, you name it, they have it all.

Freakingly epic. Love it so much. They’re playing a bunch of smaller shows in September. I have travel plans for three different cities. Might be the last chance in a small venue.

Pau has stated this is her favorite song on the album and her favorite song to play. The reason I personally don't care for "POV" videos is that the camera person usually seems like they've been drinking - and it shows. There is a very good reason why professional camera people don't drink - till after. I'm glad I didn't have access to cell phone cams back in the 70s and 80s - there would have been some effed up films. Bands that are HUGE still like playing little clubs because they are FUN! The audience is RIGHT THERE and not a sea of unknowns (that is where Robert Plant got the initial idea for "The Ocean"). I do believe The Warning will sky rocket, but remember kiddies, the only people that start at the top are well diggers.

I personally think they don't sell oit every venue because many concerts are what they call "school night or work the next day". Makes it hard for us "responsible people" to see them live.

I will see them 4 times this year, 3 times already, one more to come. 1 time was a Saturday and the others are during the week. I've just taken a holiday. I have enough, about 48 paid days

I think up and coming bands like TW have to be cautious about booking larger venues than they can fill, which is a risk in markets where they haven’t performed before, especially in the US (and maybe Canada), where Rock music no longer reigns supreme among younger audiences. Also keep in mind that TicketMaster resellers (scalpers) often buy up many seats when tickets go on sale, which may give a false sense of security to bands who think they have sold out a show. On the other hand Mexico City is a good example of what you talked about. TW went from 2 nights at Teatro Metropolitan (3000?) 2 years ago, to the Pepsi Center (8000) last year, and next February the Auditorio Nacional (10k) for 2 nights.

They went to Europe earlier this year, where they had to upgrade several of the venues and they are going back this summer and once again are booking much bigger venues, so I think that what is happening is they are going to new places for the first time and are under-evaluating their popularity in those countries and in the US I think the issue is that rock is not that popular, so once again they are under-evaluating the size of venues.
Also I think that tour wise, it is much better to book a venue that is too small and upgrade it later, than too big, as too small is probably still making money or at the very least not losing any, while booking a bigger venue and half filling it, you are probably losing a ton of money, but I could be wrong, as I have no experience in touring logistics, just going with logic from what little I know here.

Here in Toronto, for October, they sold out one place, upgraded, sold it out, but there’s nowhere else available. Thankfully, I bought tickets for the first show.
