"That's not how a Jedi should act, that's completely out of character" - Matt Wilkins, biggest Legacy of the Force fan. to quote Papa Palpatine, "Ironic"
This book took me the longest time to finish thus far in my EU run. Around 3 months to read it. I didn’t even hate it, but it was very tough to get thru at points The best part was where Kit showed the clones how to do Jedi katas. Really showed friendship and trust between Jedi and Clone. I also really liked Nate/Jangotat. I thought he was a decent character. I hated the native Cetustians. Gross bug species. Didn’t really care for anything else.
@Matt Wilkins For Anakin not being their i believe that was a good CHOICE made by the author, because if anakin were in it then he would hog all the spotlight, taking attention away from kenobi, kit fisto and NATE too. This novel would work better if it happened AFTER "Jedi Trial" meaning after anakin becomes a Knight he would be independent and be given off screen assignments away from obi wan kenobi. So his absence in Cestus Deception would've made more sense like that.

Which Jedi are you referring to as being out of character
@@russellmoffett2447 all of them. Denningverse Jedi are basically Sith in all but name.

hahah spot on about 'jangotat'
Have you reviewed shatterpoint yet? I’m pretty sure that book occurs prior to cestus deception
This book was so forgettable he forgot where it fit in the timeline!
