- Today we meet Tammy who is actively taking trips in her very nice Class C. She's still a nurse right now but she wants to retire and travel 6-8 months a year and spend the summer in Washington State with her kids and enjoying a home base. For many of us, that is our dream lives of the best of both worlds!

The difference is that there is a regional nursing license, where she can work in multiple states. I'm sure the electrician license you hold is state specific.

I think I'm the only person in the world who prefers cloudy weather. Nice and cool, nice soft diffuse lighting, and the cloud shapes are beautiful to my eyes.
Meanwhile sun feels harsh on my skin, glares off everything shiny, and in the summer makes me sweat profusely so I'm just hot and wet and miserable all summer.
I would love to live in the northwest.

Beautifully decorated rig - love it and how lovely that Tammy takes her Mama with her.
That is a great shade of purple! Tammy and her mum must have a good time, tearing around and looking for mischief. Tammy is right. Work as long as you want to. Then pull the plug. As a nurse she can keep up her skill set by doing the occasional shift at smaller hospitals that would need part time help.

I know several people that are traveling nurses and when I say that they have license to then quite a few other states and they still travel in their RV and it's quite a lot if my niece she's a retired officer from the Army and she still are in and she works when she wants to and she travels from one end of this country to the other as she's got she's waving the wife and I am so proud for her.

I lived in Washington for almost 20 years. This L.A. girl much prefers the Southwest having lived in New Mexico and now Arizona. The southwest sun helps me not miss Hawaii. At 70 I can hardly wait to get on the road

But then again about the weather. Years ago I left sunny southern California to move to the Great Northwest. First night I got there was cold and rainy. But I noticed as it continued throughout the winter that a happiness replaced the Sun. The happiness because I now was near my baby granddaughter. So even if it's a Sun drenched paradise, it's still not a paradise if it's not where you want to be❤. Eventually I made it back to Cali. But that experience taught me something valuable. Something I'd never could have figured out if I hadn't risked the Sun to gain some rain🌧 .
