It requires you to attend a TRU observational tryout and pass it.

Yeah he's a TRU and it's a subdivision of the Security Department (this is why he's hosting a SD patrol). You mean specialized teams? In that case, not every team can.

Why FA so many time doing in night, so for so many people its so not good.
happens, its probably at night most of times because some of the FA hosters do it at night so they arent busy.

There is another rank you have to gain between those 2: The Awaiting Orientation. After passing an FA (Foundatin Assessment) you will get ranked AO and to gain L-1 you simply have to join a department.

If you want to join SD, you will have to do an application and wait for the results. Entry is not guaranteed. Also, you must first hold the rank of Awaiting Orientation, which can be obtained by passing a Foundation Assessment.

Pass a FA (Foundation Assessment) and then join a department. From there make your way up.
