In certain aspects, yes, and in some no. I'm a TRU Agent, so I hold more authority than most departments depending on rank structure and circumstances

So the first thing you as a TRU member do during a Breach Event or a Large Scale Riot event is, Protect the VIP personnel such as SiD SiC?
Could you do a showcase on all teams you have unlocked? If some are restricted by staff, its fine, you don't need to.
It's not unlocking silly! It's earned and you can only be in 1 department, unless you're apart of ITD of course.
@@captainfang5745 I couldn't really find the word for having roles unlocked, but I didn't know you could only be in one department, do you mean 1 non-combative and 1 combative department?
@@atreyusmith2009 For official department groups, it's limited to one. If you're in ITD you can be in ITD and another department.
