Indeed, I remember Bar 21 as a small, corner-lot resto that serves Batchoy and other Negrense/Ilonggo cuisines, and just watching the served Batchoy really brings back memories of eating there. I will definitely go there once I have my vacay this year.

Ang batchoy diri sa Iloilo naga varies man depends sa store. Duwa lang ka batchoyan bakod diri imo. Isa sa lapaz market kag ang isa sa central market. Kung taga Iloilo bal-an muna na kung ano na tumod ko. 😂

Sir JP...im a fan of urs and I'm also from bacolod and I know u have a resto Kooya somewhere in Marina...but I also suggest to open a branch in Deira like rigga or muraqabat where most filipinos dine for u to showcase bacoleños best and I will be one of ur 1st customer...lain gd ya ang luto sng negrense...hope u will notice this and think about it coz it will be a blast for u coz we have unique and extraordinary dishes and taste. Let them taste ur Kansi and original bacolod chicken inasal and I must add the black sambo 😋 ❤😍

I always bring first timers in bacolod to this restaurant for batchoy. A staple whenever I get a chance to go back home. I used to order batchoy with crispy crablets but I think they removed it from the menu recently😢
