There is also a "Footguards "Museum at Wellington Barracks just across the park on Birdcage Walk.. We used to Mount Guard there for Buck house and St James' Palace... and the Tower of london Guard got ready there too.. this was back in the 70's80's
Just been watching the Trooping of the Colour ... super ! ...and came back here to take another look at Horseguards. Do you know what that more modern looking building, with the ivy, is for ? Thanks
The chances are low that I ever end up in London, but as they say, stranger things have happened! This would be such a cool stop that wouldn't be able to pass it up!
Don't go to LONDON it's just a tourist trap and doesn't represent us ENGLISH natives anymore go and visit the real England like the COTSWOLDS,YORK,BATH, WINCHESTER,WELLS,OXFORD,YORK, CHESTER,SUSSEX,CAMBRIDGE, STONEHENGE, WINCHESTER,THE LAKE DISTRICT Etc etc..
It's just sixteen two, not point two. Also we are seeing the Life Guards and the Blues and Royals. They can distinguished most easily by their helmet plumes: 1. Life Guards - white. 2. Blues and Royals - red.
@@greenandpleasant5523 it isn’t the answer. By the way - English isn’t your first language too. “Is obviously not”😀 but I am tolerant to minor mistakes.
I took part in the Troop in 1983, and what a fantastic experience it was. 💂♂️🏴🇬🇧
Thank you for pointing out this relatively unknown museum. And you rock that outfit, Jack!
Thank you! 😁
How nice to get a job just sitting & staring at people lol 😄 whilst looking resplendent in an impressive outfit

Nice, those uniforms fit you. Were you ever in the military?

King's Life Guard lol
Read a history book… and leave animals alone.
Why did you know instead of have you known ?
English is obviously not your first language.

Don’t know of anyone in Britain who would say “have you known” when asking a question.
@@alexandra-zaza-burns absolutely impossible.
"Did you know?" is a standard phrase in English, asked before stating a fact.
