Its so cool knowing that most of these guys voiced their character in the game. Cleon was always a Warrior that I wish was in the movie more so its good to see him get most of the spotlight in Rockstars release of The Warriors (2005)

I've seen The Warriors 100 times. Can't even count how many times me and the neighborhood kids would play in the streets as Warriors. We'd have fake rumbles, foot chases weaving in and out of peoples yards and hopping fences and climbing on garage roofs....this movie was very much a part of my life when I was a kid. In my 50's now and everytime it pops up on TV, thats where the clicker points.

Snow was the coolest, but Vermin I thought was the most comical. He got thrown through the air and got smashed against a mirror in the bathroom fight scene. Hey Boppers,
My name is Moise Morancy. I’m the writer, director and producer on this proof of concept. I also star as Cleon in this. If you’re like me, someone who appreciates and loves “The Warriors,” you know in 2005, Rockstar created a video game based on the cult classic and gave a backstory to how the gang was formed. Myself and others believe this needs to be remade as a prequel. No one can hold a candle to the originators but I wanted to pay homage and give them their flowers. Because they weren’t good…they were “the best.”
    I hope you enjoy! 🙏🏿

I must've seen this film 100's of times. The music, the vibe and action sequences. I grew up in Rockaway Beach in Queens during the Playland days back in the 80's, very very similar to Coney Island. I always feel at home watching this film. The Best.

I was only 8 years old when this came out so I was a little too young to watch it. But I still remember the poster and trailer and how iconic it was during that time. As I got older, I thought about watching it many times but thought it would be too dated looking or cheesy to enjoy. Cut to 40 years later, I finally watched it on HBO the other night and I gotta say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. Gritty, dark, violent and even funny at times. Kinda reminds me of Escape From New York.
This reunion was also very entertaining to watch.

That was too cool, really enjoy it. I have seen that movie more than any other film ever made. Saw it at the theater when it came out and literally hundreds of times over the years, it never gets old. The Warriors are "The Best" and it is one of the best films ever made. The video game was very good as well, it really expanded on The Warriors world and characters .Thanks for this!

as an big fan of this movie and the charackters i be verry happy to see the acteurs again. I'm still fascinated by the film. The acteurs, the music and the story and the making...just great
and it's of all 70s and 80s movies i know one of my top ten. I remember when i came home in the late 80ies an turn my tv on...i was ..i think 16 years old and i never heard about this movie.
my parents and my brother was sleep already and i see the film at intro was starting and i was megaflashed. It was on a channel without commercial breaks and so i watched the film alone from beginning to end without interruption. :) I never forget, and from this time untill today i have seen it so 8-10 times again. It's an evergreen to me.

I wonder if when they made this movie they anticipated it would be such a big hit ? It seems like they just wanted to make another action movie and it struck a chord with the audience. The characters are SO charismatic that you can't help but to love it. As a kid I thought James Remar and Michael Beck were THE coolest two guys on the planet.
