Great video sir. Snap on makes a combo air gauge/air chuck that makes the tire pressure check very quick and easy

      Thank you Sir.
Yes sir, I've sold those dual use items for over 40 years. Biggest problem with is they aren't very accurate when it gets down to the tenths of a pound. The wider your deck, the closer you need your air pressure even from side to side. A few tenths on a hillside can cause crop circling.
Thanks again and hope you'll come back to see us again, ya heah?

Hey Max, me again, lol. You got any recommendations for blades on my 54" raptor?? I'm thinking about trying the new hi rise blades from Ballard's, but if you have a suggestion I'm open to listening. I cant seem to find any part number for Oregon blades, they say they dont make the blades for the part number that my manual says to use, and even the ones for the fast track they don't make any more. If you have a part number that may help I'd appreciate it. Ttyl

The carbide blades cut best with the edge lasting longer than all others. In the group, check with Doug Kremer or got to Kremer yt channel. Tell him I sent you for his source.

Max i alway love watching your videos great job explaining how to lever the decks on hustler mowers and that what I run in tires is 10 lbs in each (sorry to hear about your friend ).

Thank you Michael. I know you, Doug and many more knew all the things I altered to make that sucker crop circle. I had to make it appear it was as far off that it needed to have several alterations to make it right again. Its harder to set these videos up than it is to do the adjustments. lol
Thank you Michael. Ole Al was a great fella and a great neighbor. Very sorry to have lost him. We take his wife to lunch every Friday for their favorite meal, Catfish, fries, slaw, hush puppies, etc. She dearly loves to eat at their favorite Friday restaurant.

Max ,I have 52 inch deck on the Hustler Raptor plain, but I've noticed over the last 2 cuts around a week in between there is a popping noise going on that I cannot figure out what's making it, it sounds like something in the framework not the motor, and it seems to do it less while cutting level. Do you have any ideas of what could be doing this ? I don't have but 38 hrs on it. I'm new to your channel and enjoy your video on leveling never thought of the depth in doing so, but clicked and made a lot of sense as I followed. and I'm sorry to hear about your friend passing too, best of luck on your channel .Thank you Max!

Daniel, if it only pops on hillsides, then first thing to do is get the mower up as high as possible so that you can get under it with a good strong light, a mirror and 9/16" wrenches (socket and ratchet, end wrenches of both open and closed end) to check for loose wheel motor cross mount, all the wheel motor brackets and of course you seriously want to check for cracked brackets. If any of the brackets are cracked, replace the entire set.
Check with you dealer to see if your mower is still under warranty. If it isn't, make sure you join the Hustler Mower Owner group in Facebook and post in there so I can address it with the Hustler Turf Customer Service Administrator to help you out.
If any of the bolts are loose and the brackets are not cracked anyplace, this is a great time to go to your nearest fastener store such as a farm store to pick up grade 8 bolts, flat washers and nuts and you will want to double nut to make sure you do not have loose bolts on the wheel motor mounting brackets until you want them loose. Also, place the vertical bolts thru the frame downward thru the wheel motors with at least an 1/8" of exposed shanks so there are zero threads anywhere near a shear point as the threads being inside the brackets are causing movement in the wheel motors. This is also causing breakages.
Hopefully that is all you have going on unless you have the deck moving sideways excessively. I use HDPE deck lift spacers to help resolve the side forces on my deck. You can also do those on yours to help the deck stay straighter and keep from allowing the deck mounts from getting spread as badly as they do without them.
Thanks for watching, hope you'll subscribe and get these videos out to others to educate folks on maintenance, safety and pride of ownership in the MaxsGarajMahal Mower Sports Club.

Max's Garaj Mahal. Max, Thank you! For all the information , never would a representative or technician of Hustler ever explain to a DIY , NOR WOULD THEY TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ANY POSSIBILITIES, sorry! For the caps, but, If I may do you have any supports on hand? I am going to give an inspection to see what I can find , will give you an update on the results. Again ! Thank you very much brother! Talk again soon . Dan

Yes,🌼 allabout.wiki/Hustler the bag fills up pretty quickly when there are lots of leaves and I guess that is expected. It is quick to take the leaf catching bag off and put it back on. There is one bar with rubber ends that fits into a slot (bottom), one bar with angled ends that hangs on rubber hooks (top), and two stretchy loops that each hang on a rubber hook (one each side). You can hold the leaf catching bag with one hand full and not drop any leaves. It is NOT easy to empty it into a lawn bag without spilling. My trick: I put two lawn bags side-by-side in a large garbage bin and emptied the leaf catching bag into them. What spills falls into the garbage bin. 90% of the leaves end up in the bags this way with 0% back on the lawn.
