Great content Darren!! My new business needs lots of help. I will be adding those Q&A as you recommended. Please add my business to your queue for business audit,, Whatcha Saying we are a mobile hearing aid cleaning business in south Florida!! oh we will be adding little videos too great idea.. Also we had our first customer just a few weeks ago and was soo excited they found us through google,, unfortunately we forgot to ask for a review ,, should we follow up with him and ask for a review?
Absolutely follow up and ask for a review! Research shows that review requests made 9-14 days after the visit are more effective than those made within 24 hours of the visit. I'd suggest mentioning some details about the customer's experience in your review request, just so they remember what a good service they received :)

Hi Darren, thank you for this video. It really helps to see what you explain in your other videos in action. We would love to get an audit from you. Boca Auto Fix is our auto repair shop in Boca Raton, Florida. We have been in business for 11 months. One of the driving factors for the name of the business was SEO. Local ranking has been tough for us since the city only allows auto repair shops in a small geographical area. We also get confused with other similarly named repair shops. Thanks for you offer and we hope to get picked :)

Great tips, thanks! Made lots of notes. We have three locations, all were doing well, per testing on Local Falcon. Last year one location dropped severely, from what I can see all thre have the same setup(not duplicates). All took a hit fro Google Updates, as to how far away they would rank well, but the one dropped severely. I wish I could find out why!

Great video, and yes, I’d love an audit. Sterling Property Services has at least two big challenges: 1. our name (we’ve had it for nearly 20 years) doesn’t describe what we do. We’re painting contractors and I’m an architectural paint color consultant. 2. We’re located in Hendersonville, NC and our service area is a 35 mile radius on the border of NC and SC. We don’t show up in searches in our entire service area, even though there are local pages on our web site. Are we a hopeless case, or can you help us?

Great video! Curious if adding custom services can also help with local rankings? I remember that it was proven last year or late 2022 that predefined services can impact rankings and am wondering if that is the same for custom services as well.
I haven't seen any evidence that custom services impact rankings yet!

Thank you! I think the digital marketing company chose the wrong option. They should not need or want ownership. Manager is the way to go.

descriptions for services?
Have not yet seen evidence that they help for rankings, but YES, fill out the descriptions. Services show on the new local finder desktop results, and businesses that have nicely filled out and described services will look better than their competitors and will convert better. And, they might help rankings too.
