Thanks! So glad you added the part about it being harder! I watched and didn’t listen the first time and practiced- went back with audio and laughed! You are right! The load is heavy- compared to full-inversion. Must take the legs/core out of the strength so it’s only arms and the drag of legs away from the torso must make this so much harder! Namaste 🙏
