takes alot of motivation doing stretches after a surf but if you want to surf everyday it keeps the fatigue at bay..great stuff man

Being beyond 55yrs old I reckon stretching as a discipline after any activity is helping me continue enjoying a whole host of sports whilst others around me are grinding to a halt. Yoga is also a fantastic foundation activity alongside strength & aerobic exercise. Brilliant advice in the video - as always.
Thanks for that and great advice too from you . Yoga after your surf is great to do and as long as you make a dynamic warm up before surfing yoga can be done before that as well of course
