NOTE: For this video I'm defining an item as anything that adds to the HUD or is a useable in hand item (weapons, teleporter etc), this excludes stuff like rocks and pots
@@Supinator-iu8fs giant spider and lavamander are not bosses, but you can jump on the spider to slowly kill it in like 8 bounces i think? and the lavamander can also be jumped on and it deals damage but i've never bothered trying to kill it
i wanted to mention an easier and 100% reliable method of killing vlad. you still abuse him telefragging himself but its in a better spot. first approach him from the right side chain right next to the loot room. climb up until he notices you and starts flying down. taking him kinda low because you want him to activate flying mode. then go to the far right chain and lead him up. then if he is in flying mode just jump on his head while he is looking toward the right wall and he will immediately kill himself on the block there. this always works for me and the cape is never destroyed or inaccessible
I found out about the Vlad thing on my own, except it wasn't on the chain beside him, it was further outwards just in front of the outer chains next to the walls. That way you have a higher chance of him teleporting into the wall.
Another great video, very useful tips that i've lived and died by dozens of times- though the 1 nonosecond of text shown at 4:58 was hard to read on mobile
For the phase 3 Olmec, you don’t need to stomp on the UFOs. If you jump away from him and backwhip them at the same time, you’lol be fine even with no mobility items. The timing is not precise at all.
Lavamander is nearly invincible with items, there’s no way to get it out of the lava without items so it’s practically an obstacle rather than an enemy
Literally every "every boss video" guy: hmm theres not enough bosses... i will just call some of the strong enemys bosses and also maybe the minibosses too

Im pretty sure im too late to tell you this, but you forgot the giant spider and the lavamander...

Yeah
I always cook a bomb cause it’s fast
@@Fella_friendthe method above is fast aswell
You forgot the hardest boss, the mole.
I didn’t know you were able to whip during your period! That’s cool
You
Dew it
You can also lure Vlad into the spike pit at the entrance of his castle
thats strats pretty good as well yes

BRO, HOLY COW, YOUR EDITING HAS IMPROVED A LOT!

Didn't know you can kill anubis II this way, cool vid!

Nice one on Hundun, didn't know this trick
Your videos are so well made.
The real hardest boss in this game is the shopkeeper.

5:25 "The Ice Caves is the only level in the game with 2 bosses"
Duat: Am I a joke to you?
Doesn’t Tidepool also have two bosses? Giant Humphead and Kingu?
@@elijahmeilak2906 those two are on two levels whilst duat has both osiris and anubis 2
@@pachicore ohh I see. I thought he meant worlds.
you can also be lucky and bring 2 poisoned arrows to hundun and poison both heads and just chill till hundun dies
I just bought this game and it's super fun and hard
For sure :) I wish you the best of luck
4:15 This is where you use Items for granted
Well now I kinda want to see a no items run.
No% but easier lol
Low%

It feels weird how i only knew quilback (however it's spelled) an now I not only know all of them but i can kill them (mostly) reliably
2 years and still helpful
bosses seeing a loud one coming, destroying everything in front of them and giving a...movement of love squats up....
thank you for the tips :D!
Happy to help!
Goin into my spelunky tech playlist! ^~^
Today i forgot to take Excalibur before going to Abzu. Guess who had to whip Kingu for a long Time then die to a small yeti
Egg strats are my favourite strats
the image of the "skull" that you showed in how to kill quillback wasn't an skull was a monster
It’s out on Xbox finally!!!!
You can actually stomp osiris to death if you have spike boots
thats a pretty good strategy if you have items
Great video!
Ti voglio bene ❤
Is the Alien Queen covered in this video? I can't find it, but the strange thing is that the Alien Queen is on the thumbnail for this video.
Yes, Lamahu (Alien Queen) is covered at 5:24
Sounds like you're building LEGO at 3:41
how can i see the hitbox like you at 1:15?
Do you like pastry?
no
olmec built like maui's face
the answer is always bombs
if thats not the answer you arent using enough bombs
are giant spiders not considered bosses anymore? They were in Spelunky HD
I remember how terrifying it was fighting them without bombs or weapons
0/10, did not show how to kill hired hands >:(
¡Usted está loco!
incredible!
0.50 wow watts great beatbox 1.01 1.05 😮😮😮😮 instead you’re pro gamer you’re a musician 👨🎤 tooo 😮😮😮😮
but wheres the lava frog? thats like in volcana?

@@TheTrenchesYT You can drain the lava with an explosion from robot.
Where magma frog?
I never understood why Kingu is a "she" in spelunky lol, in the mythology it's a god not a goddess.
You only need 1 mine for yeti queen and king since queen drops spike shoes.(Since its's itemless I'll let it pass)
You can also kill quillback with a well placed bomb
Noice!
The kingu method doesnt worl
Cool
