INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
For CHASHNI:
750 Gms/ 4Cups Sugar
600ml / 3 Cups Water
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Saffron
1 tsp Rose Water
FOR DOUGH:
1 Cup Fine Suji
500 ml Full Cream Milk
1/4 Cup or 3 Tbsp Full Desi Ghee
1/2 Cup or 6 Tbsp Maida
1 tsp Rose water
Oil For Frying
