I cooked a little more ,so it might be a little chewy I guess but whatever be the result , I am really happy with the progress and result . But just seeing your video once , I made today itself and I kept for 2 hrs only Dhaka hua but still it was too yummy and texture was really tempting just like halwai types.

If you are in the US and you are using ultra pasteurized homogenised milk then you may have to use more citric acid because my milk did not curdle from the amount given here of 3 pinches of citric acid.
