MilkCake Recipe yani Indian Milk Cake Diwali sweets ki recipe -
Ingredients:
दूध / Doodh - 3 लीटर
नींबू का रस / Lemon Juice - 1/2 चम्मच या फिटकिरी - 2 pinch
चीनी / Sugar - 450 ग्राम
घी / Ghee - 80 ग्राम
पिस्ता / Pista- सजाने के लिए
2 liter doodh se banane ke liye
दूध / Doodh - 2 लीटर
नींबू का रस / Lemon Juice - 1/3 चम्मच YA FIR फिटकिरी - 1 pinch
चीनी / Sugar - 300 ग्राम
घी / Ghee - 50 ग्राम
पिस्ता / Pista- सजाने के लिए
1 Liter doodh se banane ke liye-
दूध / Doodh - 1 लीटर
नींबू का रस / Lemon Juice - 1/4 चम्मच YA FIR फिटकिरी - 1 pinch
चीनी / Sugar - 150 ग्राम
घी / Ghee - 25 ग्राम
पिस्ता / Pista- सजाने के लिए

I tried it n it was awesome. Perfect halwai test. Ty cooking shooting.
I tried it like 5 times
4 times i didn't had right utensil i cooked in stainless steel
First one got burnt but tasted alright
Second one was perfect but was white in colour
Third and Fourth one were alright but light brown in colour like very light brown
And finally i bought Iron Kadai and thought this time it will be perfect..
But unfortunately it again came out light brown in colour although taste was good.
I noticed that mine was not liquid after adding sugar
It kept getting dry fast
Although i maintained flame at medium

Frend ,how weight of cake after coocked.

So if you are preparing from 1 Litre Milk you will get around 300 Gram of Cake
Although this weight can increase with the amount of Sugar and Ghee
He said the container in which you store it after cooking should be thick for brown colour
I guess it's because u smell too much "Roger skunk"🤣
