    I just tried this. Even the bilateral De quarcaines is calmer, including my forearms. As well as bilateral carpal tunnel. Thank you for what you do 🙏

    Powerful release! I recently had a mild case of bells palsy and my neck is super stiff. I just did this on both sides and have a lot of relief in my neck afterwards. Thank you! Excited to try more!

    Reminds me of the block therapy I've been doing for the last 3 wks. My back feels so much better (car accident 24 yrs ago, I've spent thousands on relief but the block therapy has done more in one week & cost nothing). It's was hard to begin with & a few mornings i had extreme dizziness/sickness but when it passed my back felt great. It's got easier & I highly recommend looking up some videos on it.

      I do both Block Therapy and Fascial Manuevers. They go together well, IMO.

      @@snusnu39 so interesting to hear you say this! I kind of just found out about both and tried to look up if anyone had done both or had feedback and this is the first I've seen of someone familiar with both. So you feel they have different effects? I've been doing the FMs because they're free and so readily accessible. So far I've had some really interesting results in about 4-5 weeks time and definitely plan to continue. But also intrigued by Block Therapy for sure.

      I know ring finger as triple warmer/triple heater/ triple burner but that's not human garage related so you may want to double check with them.

      The THUMB + RING FINGER are twisted in the same direction as each other, but the other fingers are all in the OTHER direction.

      Look for the wrist release, elbow and shoulder release along with the 15 min stress Reset. It’s important to get the entire body into it first and then go to the wrist and elbows second
