Very nice toy hauler, I like the two door in bathroom, when open, makes the bedrrom seem bigger and more air movement if you dont want run the a/c above the bed. Mr Nerd, when standing infront of the stove, could you see the rear stove burners? That microwave sure seems low I wish the garage could fit a two door Jeep or Bronco, that one would be for me. Love the extra work they did to provide one drain pipe. Side step to patio. Kitchen sink drainage to one side for sure(prefer one large then two small). Looking at the smart plumbing in the basement just puts a smile on my face. Yes I do appreciate when you identifying components eg type of slides, tankless or not water heater with water recovering option and biggest available solar packages for those interested to camp off grid, type of refrigerator and more.... oh and I didnt know that you could finance a rv in casinos but it would not suprise me with all the bail outs they are asking from the government.... lol 😂 😂
Best layout for a toy hauler I've seen. Large kitchen vent over stove is a good thing❤ I like the bar ledge instead of full on dining area. Bathroom only needs one door. Agreed. Back steps should be off side to fit this already long puppy in many sites. A model with patio and no garage is a good plan for many. Praying your family medical issues have been successfully resolved ❤ Living area is spacious and comfy.
It’s fabulous to see a toy hauler that’s not ALL about the toys. That garage is huge, and I just love the potential for various camping experiences. Lots of sleeping spaces, but also a proper kitchen, not just a 2 ring burner and a tiny fridge! Actually has more seating than just 2 comfy chairs. It’s so well thought out! It’s great to have a half bath, if you have more than 3 or 4 people sleeping, then if you don’t have more than one toilet you’re going to have queues, and people doing the “wee-wee dance” outside the door. I think the microwave would be better as a convection one. And I don’t like the 2 entrances in the main bathroom, I’d be nailing the one into the bedroom shut. I’d definitely be buying a little step thingy, I’m 5ft 7, so wouldn’t be able to reach a lot of the high storage lol. I love that you do road mode, it gives you the kind of information that you normally don’t find out until you actually want the access and you don’t have it! It’s just so nice to see a toy hauler that remembers there’s people in the camper and not just toys! This is a big hit #rvnerdherd #nerdherd
Yeah it's funny how toy haulers evolved over time They used to be rolling garages. Diamond plate and cargo netting everywhere (even the living room) Then Cyclone changed that. They were one of the first to give a toy hauler a plush living area I feel like brands like momentum and valor pushed that forward another level. Now you have crazy things like those brinkley model G's
This is great, if only I could get one *exactly* like this but without the 13' garage and just throw a party patio on the back. If you chop off the garage and the 2nd bathroom, you can get this incredible layout under 30 feet!
Thanks for the video, Uncle Josh! Yes, I knew that wine and water is stored in butts. We agree with you about the ramp ladder being on the side. Positive thoughts for a quick and happy resolution to your family health situation and you, Aunt Josh, Cousin Josh, or whomever does better soon!
I prefer the one entry door to the bathroom. My dad, who would be sleeping in the master likes the sliding door allowing him to go straight to it. I am really concerned about the washer/dryer. I know people do it, but water damage in a home is bad, water damage in an RV could be catastrophic . Also, question, is w/d in the garage kinda frowned on by the mfg as it's in the back or is it close enough to the wheels to be ok?
I like the patio steps on the side. Also, I wouldn’t mind this layout, but with a smaller back bunk/multi-purpose room instead of the garage and patio.
I hope things are sorting themselves out at home Josh, it’s commendable that you continue to focus enough to do these videos. Best wishes to you and your family, never apologise for caring about them 😘
TY Eric! Things doing better now. My grandmother is up there in age and likely to continue experiencing a variety of health issues as time goes on. It's the natural order of things but still tough to see her go thru thta
@@JoshtheRVNerdI was watching some of your older videos and saw a few models that used to come with patios, any insight into why manufacturers stopped offering that?
1- bathroom door in the bedroom is neither here nor there for me at the moment. After having one I may change my mind. 2- team side steps for the deck 3- favorite part is LR/Kitchen. 4- I’d LOVE to have a smaller bonus room, but not a 13’ garage. Shorten it up a good 6’.
We have a 2022 40v13 and love it. We use our garage as a bedroom for the kids. We would actually like to see a smaller garage area since we just haul our bicycles and make the living room area even larger for maybe a full dinette. Not all of us use tot haulers for hauling outdoor toys. We do love the design of this RV though
Definitely the side off the back! I agree only one door into the bathroom.. where is the camera on the rear? A rig that long should have cameras on back and size!
Thanks for the video Josh as always you’re awesome. As a sidenote, that weird skinny cabinet door in the kitchen you were asking about I think you could probably put cups or something there and most importantly I hope your family is going to be OK.
I would like to see patio models . When you was mentioning trailer twists as towing. I put after market shocks on our small trailer. The improvements towing was amazing.
Nice trailer, but you didn't say anything about 1 side blinker. ?2 no anti-lock brakes ?3. The tail lights wow they should put some toothpick lights on the side or put some above the door. 4 put a bigger frig in it. Thanks 🤓 🍻
Wow this is big! Love the colors. The black out Shad’s. Wow this has a huge kitchen. Love all all of the cabinets and drones. Nice huge garage. Great for a nice big gaming room or big office. I would put a golf cart in there. Love the huge living room. Nice bathroom and bed room. Like that generae on it. Like it thxs josh! Could this get frame faller?
Rather long videos so can't watch the entire thing and I don't Window Shop so with that being said.. This would be perfect for a rounding up all the boys and bring ing it along the families as well as all of our toys to a trip to Burning Man. we would pull quite an open season on those hippies! 🍻
With all the grand design flex frame failures publicity. I'd be curious if going forward, would RV manufacturers start talking about how well their houses of the RV are engineered to be strong and durable, even with weight in the basement and no toy in the garage. Would be a great way to make a brand stick out from the rest and increase the customer base since these words and concerns have become more mainstream to the RV buying potential customers.
I'm hoping more and more information is made available. The vast majority of flex cases are happening on RVs with higher towing miles on them. I'd love to see MFGs use the ABS systems or at least add a hubometer to track miles on towable RVs & provide some sort of mile-delimited warranty That would really help people better understand the "build" of the rv right at a surface level
Nice trailer, although it's pretty huge for hauling around. Has Josh or anyone seen the Palamino Pause? It's also expensive, but it seems very well built with some nice features.
Josh, you’re right about the living and kitchen. The garage could be a little shorter and the build quality is just okay. Trying to decide between Brinkley or Alliance not in a hurry but am going to buy one of these days! I would prefer something at 40’ or less. Love the living area just too long! Josh, the end of this video if they made that I would buy it, not a fan of the Brinkley Z3400 no need for that back kitchen half bath and a TV would be great!
Keep an eye on alliance. They’ve been making good strides and I feel pretty strongly about them Obviously Brinkley is super exciting as well but there’s obviously a cost vector there
Speaking of the aft facing steps on an aft patio, I would like to see a side patio on a 5th wheel under 40 feet (not a toy hauler). I like this toy hauler, the living space is great. The only problem is finding a 60x20 lot to fit it on if you want to use the patio.
I've seen it done a few times but the cost / weight required to pull that off seems to leave many with a sour taste in their mouths. I've never really seen it done successfully there That being said.. I 100% love that idea from a concept standpoint personally
@@JoshtheRVNerd I should have been more clear. I was asking if you were at the show. I was wondering if the Bish family of dealerships was there. I walked through, but it wasn't always easy to see who was from which dealership.
I think the RV Market is missing sales on non toy hauler rear patio models! We would love to have a 5th wheel without the garage area but a patio. But maybe just enough space to fit bikes, grille, small items. Just like the Brinkley 3250! It's just the price tag on campers have got out of control!

The kitchen is too tight and I would like a bigger pantry. Where do you stand when opening the oven? I would get rid of the bathroom door in the master. Is there a toilet paper holder in the bathroom?
Looks very nice. Unfortunately it is a rich man’s toy. $125k for the unit; needs. $80-$100k dually to pull it; followed by the $30-$40k side by side to fill it. Talk about liquidating one’s 401(K). But nonetheless it is nice. In regards to your garageless patio question; keep it as is however instead having all the garbage tie down features and happy Jack bedding, create a second living room with a full bar and cabinetry for it. Something that uncle Gary would enjoy 😉 😂
I rather have switches over all of this Bluetooth stuff. I'll take reliability and being able to easily repair something than a less than optimal app. The fact is you can't repair broken software yourself, you can't update it if you have no internet access and you shouldn't have to replace the controller board because the pump switch stopped working. I say this as someone whose career was in software development that not everything needs to be "connected". I don't like the two doors on bathrooms. Give me a solid wall in the bedroom as I am perfectly capable of walking the few extra steps to get to the pot.
One of the 1% of toy haulers that actually has a comfortable and residential looking living area 👍👍👍
Yeah valor is one of my favorites
I'm headed to the casino now to try to afford this
Most reasonable plan lol
I’d still like to see around a 36ft that has East/West bed- 3 slides with a pin weight around 1800-2000lbs. Yes, I know I’m dreaming,
